Every bundle we pack goes to one place. This is what that partnership actually involves, written out so nobody has to guess.
What they do
They make every decision that touches a family.
We grow vegetables and drive them to the clinic. From the moment a bundle is handed over, it is theirs. That division is the whole design of this project, not a detail of it.
They approved the produce list
Before we planted anything, the clinic reviewed every item we wanted to grow and pack. Nothing goes into a bundle that is not on that list.
They receive the delivery
Bundles arrive washed, packed, and labelled, on a day and time the clinic sets. We deliver to them, never to a home.
They decide who receives
The clinic chooses which of the families it already serves gets a bundle. We are not involved in that and we do not want to be.
They can stop it at any point
If anything about the produce, the timing, or the handling does not work for them, it changes or it stops. No notice period, no argument.
What we never see
We do not know who receives a bundle.
We hold no names, no contact details, and no notes about any family. The clinic reports back a count and nothing else, which is all we publish and all we ever want to hold.
No mother is named, photographed, or described anywhere on this site. Bundles are photographed alone, before delivery.
How produce is handled
Washed in plain water, packed the morning it leaves.
Everything is whole and raw. We do not cut, cook, or preserve anything. Produce is picked in the cool of the morning, washed in plain running water, packed into clean bags with a card listing the contents, and driven over the same day.
Our written food-safety protocol follows FDA guidance for selecting, washing, and storing fresh produce. The clinic has a copy, and any prospective partner gets one before a first delivery.
